Instructions

  1. Rub the meat with salt and pepper, fry with the onions and deglaze with black beer and the tomatoes. Add plenty of marjoram and the granulated broth. Let the whole thing simmer for almost 1 1/2 hours, possibly thicken the sauce a little.
  2. Sauerkraut goes well with it.
