Ingredients

  • 500 g roast pork (pork neck), boneless
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • 500 ml beer
  • Mustard medium hot
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork neck into 4 equally sized slices. Brush the meat generously on both sides with mustard and place in a bowl. Roughly chop the onions and pour over the meat. Sprinkle plenty of salt and pepper over the meat and fill up with the beer.
  2. Let it steep for 2 - 3 hours.
  3. Then there are three cooking options:
  4. - Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. - Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the hot grill ash for 30 minutes.
  6. - Sear the pieces of meat on both sides on the charcoal grill.
