  • 175 g mountain cheese (e.. South Tyrolean dairy cheese)
  • 30 g butter
  • 12 quail egg (s)
  • 6 slices Parma ham
  • 1 handful basil or lemon balm leaves
  • sea-salt
  • Black pepper, coarsely ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Brush the bread slices with olive oil. Grate the mountain cheese and spread it on the bread slices. Place the bread on the oven shelf.
