Instructions

  1. Brush the bread slices with the cream cheese and season with plenty of salt and pepper. Place a folded slice of ham on each slice of bread.
  2. Halve the cucumber lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a small spoon. Tip: Do not dispose of the seeds, but fill up with mineral water in a glass. Add a splash of lemon and some grated ginger and you have wonderfully refreshing slimming water.
  3. Now slice the cucumber with the skin lengthways on a kitchen slicer into long, fine strips. Spread this on the ham sandwich and lightly pepper, but do not add salt!
  4. Heat some oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the two eggs to make fried eggs. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and place on the cucumber strips.
  5. Now it can be served.
