Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Lollo Bianco or Lollo Rosso
  • 1 large slice (s) cooked ham
  • 1 large slice (s) cheese
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon meat salad or mayonnaise
  • some cucumber (s), sliced into thin strips
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, pat dry and arrange on a plate, overlapping in a circle.
  2. Put some butter in a pan, let it melt and add the ham to the pan. Put the cheese on top of the ham. Heat a little on a low heat until the cheese has melted. It only takes a few seconds. In the meantime, add the meat salad or mayonnaise and the thinly sliced cucumber slices to the salad. Place the ham and cheese on top.
  3. Now beat an egg or two in the pan and fry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and place on the cheese.
  4. If you want to eat it vegetarian, just leave out ham and meat salad. Alternatively, you can also use vegetarian sausage.
