Ingredients

  • 1 kg apricot (s), pitted
  • 15 seeds (apricot)
  • 700 ml schnapps (double grain)
  • 1 packet aroma (finesse orange peel aroma)
  • 1 packet aroma (finesse lemon peel aroma)
  • 150 g rock suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid (vitamin C)

Instructions

  1. Put everything together in a large mason jar and seal it airtight. Strain the fruit after 4 weeks and filter the liqueur if it is not clear enough.
