Ingredients

  • 6 carrot (s)
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 handful raisins
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon oil (variety as desired, but better tasteless)

Instructions

  1. Wash the raisins, drain them and soak them in the rum. Chop the walnut kernels.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots and apples (by hand or food processor).
  3. Fold all remaining ingredients into the apple and carrot mixture and enjoy.
