Ingredients

  • 150 ml milk, cold
  • some rum
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • 50 ml sweet cream, cold
  • 4 teaspoon, heaped cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate flakes, dark

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the cocoa powder until stiff (you can also use a hand blender). Use the piping bag to squirt the cream into a glass. If you want it to be quick, take a tablespoon.
  2. Beat the milk, sugar and rum until frothy and pour over the cream. Scatter chocolate chips on top.
