Ingredients
- 150 ml milk, cold
- some rum
- 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
- 50 ml sweet cream, cold
- 4 teaspoon, heaped cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon chocolate flakes, dark

- Beat the cream with the cocoa powder until stiff (you can also use a hand blender). Use the piping bag to squirt the cream into a glass. If you want it to be quick, take a tablespoon.
- Beat the milk, sugar and rum until frothy and pour over the cream. Scatter chocolate chips on top.
