Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon whiskey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the whiskey, soy sauce, sugar and pepper and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Place the steaks in a shallow dish or baking dish, pour the marinade over them, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Grill the meat on the prepared grill.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve with grilled tomato slices and baguette.
