  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

For the filling:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 small egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients into a dough and roll it out thinly.
  2. Cut out circles or squares, fill them with the filling - mash the feta and egg with a fork - close and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. They taste just as delicious hot and cold.
