Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the oil in a not too high, refractory form. Spread the sausages side by side in the pan. Now put the pan in the oven for 10 minutes so that the sausages brown.
  2. Slowly mix the flour, eggs and half of the milk into a thick paste. It is best to use a fork for this. Then take a whisk and slowly (!) Pour in the rest of the milk. Always stir! Salt and pepper.
  3. Take the bowl out of the oven, pour the batter over the sausages until they are 3/4 covered and put them back in the oven for another 35 minutes.
  4. This goes well with salad, mashed potatoes, vegetables, etc. A strong brown gravy is very important.
