Instructions

  1. Put the flour in the dough bowl and the sugar in the middle. Crumble the yeast in it and mix it with the lukewarm milk. Add butter, eggs and salt and knead well until you get a smooth dough. In a large plastic bowl with a lid, let rise overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. The next day, knead the dough again and roll it out so that it fits into a cake pan with a high rim (28 cm). Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. Mix the crème fraiche, sugar and cinnamon. Carefully make holes in the risen cake at a distance of 4-5 cm with your finger and fill them with the cream mixture. Brush the cake with the rest. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
