Toast with Cottage Cheese and Apple

A great idea for a delicious and hearty breakfast: crunchy croutons fried in butter and nutritious cottage cheese with sour cream and stewed apples! A good mood for the whole day is guaranteed!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Cottage cheese (soft) – 90 g
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Powdered sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.25 teaspoon
  • White bread – 4 slices
  • Butter – 30 g

Directions

  1. Fry slices of bread in butter on both sides.
  2. Peel the apple, cut the core. Grate the apple with a fine grater. Combine the grated apple, icing sugar, and cinnamon in a frying pan. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 2-3 minutes. Then leave to cool.
  3. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Mash with a fork and mix well.
  4. Add cooled stewed apples to the curd.
  5. Stir again.
  6. Put the curd and apple mass on the croutons and serve immediately!
