Ingredients
- 4 slices toast
- 2 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 200 ml milk, possibly a little more
- parsley
- basil
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, or teaspoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter or vegetable oil

- Whisk eggs, breadcrumbs, milk and tomato ketchup together and season with the spices and herbs. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the egg mixture while stirring until it is creamy and light golden yellow. If it gets too firm, add a dash of milk. In the meantime, toast the bread and spread it with the spread and serve.
- Sometimes a variation on scrambled eggs, fried egg toast and Co. The consistency evokes associations with vegan spreads.
