Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ chicken, approx. 700 g
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder, red, hot
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder, yellow
  • some black pepper, fresh from the mill
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C, line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Mix the spices with a little olive oil until the temperature is reached and use them to season the chicken thoroughly inside and out (varnish). Don`t forget to lift your wings and legs and also season the spaces in between! Then place the chicken (leg up) on the lowest rack in the oven and bake for 90 minutes. Every 20 minutes, but at the latest when the skin is no longer shiny, brush with a little olive oil.
