Ingredients

  • 80 g suar
  • 120 g confectionery (Toffifee)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 ml vodka, at least 40%

Instructions

  1. Crush the sugar and toffifee 12 sec./ speed 10, remove from the base with the spatula and push down.
  2. Add milk, cream and egg and heat for 5 minutes / 80 degrees / speed 2.
  3. Add the vodka and heat for 4 minutes / 90 degrees / speed 3.
  4. Fill the liqueur into glass bottles with screw caps while still hot, close and allow to cool.
  5. Store in the refrigerator and serve cold.
