Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 120 g suar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 170 g butter
  • 70 ml heavy cream
  • 400 g confectionery (Toffifee)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter and cream and work into a smooth dough.
  2. Put the dough with 2 teaspoons as a pile on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a well in the middle of each pile, then put it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. After baking, place a toffifee on each biscuit and let it cool down.
