Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil, for frying
- 2 onion (s), finely chopped
- 125 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 30 g hot peppers, pickled, diced
- 300 g natural tofu
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 60 g spinach, boy
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper

- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and hot peppers and cook for another 2 minutes. Crumble the tofu and continue to cook for a short time. Now add the turmeric and turn the mixture until it is evenly yellow. Add the spinach and let it collapse for a moment.
- Remove the dish from the heat and fold in the mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
