Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil, for frying
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 125 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 30 g hot peppers, pickled, diced
  • 300 g natural tofu
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 60 g spinach, boy
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and hot peppers and cook for another 2 minutes. Crumble the tofu and continue to cook for a short time. Now add the turmeric and turn the mixture until it is evenly yellow. Add the spinach and let it collapse for a moment.
  2. Remove the dish from the heat and fold in the mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
