Ingredients

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 5 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes or cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 3 stalks coriander green
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice from it
  • possibly cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam the tofu for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, the spring onions into rings and chop the coriander.
  2. Prepare the dressing: Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and, if necessary, some cayenne pepper.
  3. Dice the tofu and mix in the tomatoes and coriander. Mix in the dressing.
