Ingredients

  • 200 g tofu
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger root, small
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients (except for the tofu) in a bowl and puree with a hand blender to a thick mass.
  2. Put the tofu in the marinade as a steak or in pieces for shashlik and let it steep for at least 1-2 hours. Then fry them in a pan or on the grill until crispy, brushing with the marinade again.
