Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 1 handful basil, (leaves)
  • 10 olives, black, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, also grainy
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into small pieces or cubes.
  2. Halve the avocados, stone them and cut into thin wedges.
  3. Put everything in a large bowl.
  4. For the dressing, mix well the oil, vinegar and mustard, pour over the salad and mix.
  5. Sprinkle with basil and olives, stir briefly and serve.
  6. A fresh baguette and a delicious wine go well with it
