Ingredients

  • 300 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 150 g rocket
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 7 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 9 shrimp (s) (king prawn tails)
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, pluck the rocket a little. Peel and finely dice the avocado. Mix everything with lemon juice, spices, mustard and 5 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Chop the parsley, chop the garlic. Halve the prawns lengthways. Fry in the remaining oil on each side for approx. 1 minute, season with salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle with garlic and parsley and decorate the salad.
