Ingredients
- 300 g cherry tomato (s)
- 150 g rocket
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 7 tablespoon oil
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 9 shrimp (s) (king prawn tails)
- sugar

- Quarter the cherry tomatoes, pluck the rocket a little. Peel and finely dice the avocado. Mix everything with lemon juice, spices, mustard and 5 tablespoons of oil.
- Chop the parsley, chop the garlic. Halve the prawns lengthways. Fry in the remaining oil on each side for approx. 1 minute, season with salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle with garlic and parsley and decorate the salad.
