Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 cans tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
  • Herbs, Italian, e.g. oregano, basil, thyme
  • paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and cut into pieces. Chop for 8 seconds at level 6 of 10 in the blender jug. Add the olive oil and tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes at 100 degrees on level 2. Add the peeled tomatoes and chop on speed 6 for 15 seconds. Pour in the cream and season to taste, then cook for 15 minutes at 100 degrees on level 2. Finally season with salt and pepper.
