Ingredients

  • 500 g tomato (s), fresh, diced
  • 500 g tomatoes, passed
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 200 g feta cheese or herder cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche or whipped cream
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Fry the ham cubes with onions and garlic in a saucepan in hot olive oil. Add diced fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, vegetable stock and, if necessary, a little water. Mix in chopped herbs and spices according to personal taste. Cook everything for 15 minutes.
  3. Put diced feta cheese in the pot and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes, then puree everything. Add the crème fraîche and then season again to taste.
