  • 500 g nocchi
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add pepper, salt, olive oil and (fresh) basil and stir. The cold sauce is ready.
  3. Serve the gnocchi with fresh parmesan and the cold sauce.
  4. Super quick and super tasty.
