Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles, (mussel noodles or similar pasta)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g baby spinach, fresh, remove the hard stalks
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • salt and pepper
  • some parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the spinach and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parmesan if you like.
