Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) cheese, small round goat cheese or slices goat roll
  • 4 large tomato (s), fleshy
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 2 tablespoon olives, black, without stone
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the goat cheese in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into thin slices. Arrange the tomato slices on a plate
  3. Cut the basil into fine strips. Chop the olives. Spread both on the tomatoes.
  4. Whisk the honey with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Withhold the oil. Spread the dressing on the tomatoes.
  5. Take the goat cheese out of the oven and serve on the tomatoes.
  6. Garnish with pepper from the mill
