Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato (s), (pieces)
  • 2 tablespoon processed cheese
  • some cheese, grated (e.g. Gouda)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some salt and pepper, herbs de Provence
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Curry powder
  • Herbs de Provence
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry it in a saucepan with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.
  2. Then add the tomatoes.
  3. Now fill the can with water and then add it to the pot. Let the whole thing simmer on a low heat.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of processed cheese, which gradually melts.
  5. Finally, add some grated cheese (e.g. Gouda) as required and let it melt and stir in some herbs de Provence.
  6. If necessary this can be diluted with a little water.
