Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g canned pizza tomatoes
  • 100 ml vegetable stock, vegan
  • 100 ml cream or plant-based cream product
  • 1 pinch (s) coconut blossom sugar or cane sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion, peel and press the garlic and sauté both in oil until translucent. Add the pizza tomatoes and the vegetable stock and simmer a little, then add the cream and season to taste. Finally stir in the chia seeds.
  2. Transfer to plates and serve.
