Ingredients
- 70 g tomato paste
- 35 g crème fraîche
- 3 teaspoons pizza seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cream, possibly also 2
- some salt and pepper

- Mix all ingredients well and spread them on the flatbread. Then top it like a pizza as desired and bake in the oven.
- The amount is enough for 2 small kebab breads, i.e. 4 halves. Can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days. Of course also suitable for other rolls or types of bread.
