- 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Dice the sheep`s cheese. Roughly dice the onion.
- Put everything in a bowl and season well with salt, pepper and herbs. Let it steep briefly - then drizzle with the vinegar and oil and stir.
