- 1 small onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 1 tube tomato paste, with seasoned vegetables
- 1 tube tomato paste, 3-fold concentrated
- Dash olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, fresh, e.g., basil, oregano, thyme.

- Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. If necessary, roast the peppers a little beforehand over a flame.
- Put the vegetables with the tomato paste and honey in a bowl and mix until they are nice and smooth. Add a good dash of olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh herbs as desired.
- The dip can be eaten right away or left to steep for a day for maximum flavor.
