Ingredients

  • 100 g oat cheese, semi-hard cheese
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 20 g fi vinear
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • Pepper, more colorful, from the mill
  • 50 g rocket
  • 350 g tomato (s)
  • 200 g fi (s), fresh

Instructions

  1. Mix the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a larger bowl and season the dressing vigorously. Cut the goat cheese into slices and marinate in the seasoning mixture for 10 minutes.
  2. Then place the cheese slices on a plate.
  3. Cut off the thick stems from the washed rocket, turn the leaves in the remaining seasoning mixture several times and then distribute them on a large, flat plate.
  4. Cut the washed and cleaned tomatoes and figs into slices.
  5. Now alternately arrange a tomato, cheese and fig slice on the plate like a brick until all the slices are laid out. Sprinkle some more pepper over the top, garnish and serve. Very fresh and filling.
  6. 400 Kcal per serving.
