Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into small cubes and cook for about 10 minutes until soft. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 4 minutes.
  2. Make a gel test. Pour into jars rinsed with hot water and close.
  3. Tastes delicious on bread or rolls.
