Ingredients
- 1 kg tomato (s)
- 1 kg onion (s)
- 500 g suar, brown
- 150 ml vinegar, possibly more to taste
- 2 tablespoon mustard, mild
- 1 tablespoon spice mixture
- Cayenne pepper
- Nutmeg and
- Paprika powder

- Peel the vegetables, cut into thin slices and cook in a saucepan for 30 minutes. Strain carefully and add vinegar, mustard and sugar. Let it thicken on a low flame. Season to taste with salt and the spices.
- Fill into clean bottles or glasses and seal them airtight.
