Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 6 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes), cut into small cubes
  • 2 scoops mozzarella (possibly light), cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pot basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool down briefly.
  2. Put the warm pasta in a bowl along with the tomato and mozzarella cubes.
  3. Shake the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, sugar, salt and pepper together and pour over.
  4. Mix everything well and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  5. Season again to taste and serve.
