Instructions

  1. Wash and roughly chop tomatoes (8 to 12 pieces, depending on size). Take the fresh sheep`s cheese or feta cheese out of the package and dice it.
  2. Put the tomato pieces, the cheese cubes, salt and pepper in a large baking dish. Peel and squeeze the garlic to taste. Sprinkle with plenty of tarragon and olive oil.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for approx. 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
  4. Serve with baguette.
  5. Note: After just a few minutes, the whole house smells like the old town of Nice.
  6. With correspondingly fewer ingredients, the tomatoes are also well suited as an accompaniment to a Mediterranean dish or as an appetizer when grilling.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
