- 1 papaya, ripe
- 5 tomato (s), ripe
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 small Bunch basil
- salt and pepper

- Halve the papaya, peel out the seeds with a spoon, remove the peel. Cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Season everything with olive oil, dark balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the basil into fine strips, fold into the lettuce and let it steep for a moment.
