Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomato (s), red, halved
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s), yellow, halved
  • 100 g shallot (s), finely diced
  • 25 g suar, brown
  • 125 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 80 g olives, black, without a core, halved
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar over a low heat and stir in the balsamic vinegar. Add the shallot cubes and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in the cherry tomatoes and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the olives, toss briefly and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
