Ingredients

  • 450 g tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 50 g olives, black, without a core
  • 50 g feta cheese, diced
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 1 honeydew melon (s)
  • 25 cl wine (fortified wine)
  • 3 stalks basil
  • 4 slices Parma ham

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes, cut the onion into rings. Mix both with the olives and feta cheese.
  2. Make a vinaigrette from the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with the tomatoes, feta cheese, onion and olives.
  3. Cut 16 balls out of the melon with a ball cutter. Put this with the fortified wine and the chopped basil in a bowl and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Then alternate the drained melon balls with the ham on small wooden skewers and serve with the tomato salad.
