- 3 teaspoons pesto alla Genovese
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, raspberry vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- salt
- pepper

- Prepare a marinade with pesto, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes, cut eighths and mix with the marinade. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
- If you want, you can also add a little mozzarella.
