Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomato (s) or date
- 1 bunch rocket
- 200 g sheep cheese, Greek
- 4 tablespoon vinegar, grape balm
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, best quality
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, with lime
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 1 teaspoon herbs, dried

- Halve the date tomatoes, roughly cut the rocket and cut the sheep`s cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- Mix the grape balm, olive oil, salt, pepper and salad herbs into a dressing. Mix the salad ingredients loosely with the dressing and let the salad steep a little.
- Serve with a slice of crispy ciabatta as a starter or as a side dish with a grilled steak.
