Tomato Salad with Rocket and Sheep Cheese

• 500 g cherry tomato (s) or date
• 1 bunch rocket
• 200 g sheep cheese, Greek
• 4 tablespoon vinegar, grape balm
• 4 tablespoon olive oil, best quality
• 1 teaspoon olive oil, with lime
• Salt and pepper, from the mill
• 1 teaspoon herbs, dried

Instructions

1. Halve the date tomatoes, roughly cut the rocket and cut the sheep`s cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes.
2. Mix the grape balm, olive oil, salt, pepper and salad herbs into a dressing. Mix the salad ingredients loosely with the dressing and let the salad steep a little.
3. Serve with a slice of crispy ciabatta as a starter or as a side dish with a grilled steak.
