Ingredients

  • 3 vine tomato (s)

For the vinaigrette:

  • 1 tomato (s), overripe
  • 2 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • 2 pinches herbal salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • some basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes on the vine, remove the stems and cut into slices. Arrange on a platter. Peel and slice the onion and spread over the tomatoes.
  2. Wash the overripe tomato; Remove the stalk and dice with vinegar, vanilla sugar and
  3. Pour rapeseed oil into a beaker and puree with the hand blender.
  4. Spread the vinaigrette over the tomatoes. Then season with herbal salt and 3 turns of black pepper from the mill.
