Ingredients

  • 600 g tomato (s)
  • 400 g meat sausae in one piece
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Cut the sausage (with or without garlic, to taste) into narrow strips. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Mix a marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and water (1 tablespoon), season with salt, pepper and herbs and pour over the ingredients.
  3. The salad should then sit for 15 minutes.
  4. I always use a few leaves of fresh basil for decoration.
