  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 bowl sheep`s cheese (Patros sheep`s cheese with herbs)
  • 1 bowl sheep`s cheese (Patros sheep`s cheese in brine)

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and spring onions, cut them into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the entire herb brine and about half of the brine. Coarsely mash the two sheep`s cheeses with a fork and add them to the tomatoes and spring onions. Finished! No seasoning necessary.
  3. Ciabatta or white bread goes particularly well with it.
  4. Another tip: Arrange the salad just before serving, as it draws a lot of water.
