Ingredients
- 1 can tomato (s), (400 g)
- 1 small red pepper (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 liter ½ broth
- 0.5 ½ cup cream
- salt and pepper
- tomato paste
- 1 sachet rice, (250 g)
- some oil

- Cook the bag of rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Finely dice the bell pepper, onion and clove of garlic and sauté in a little hot oil. Then add the tomatoes and broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Then puree very finely with the hand blender together with the 1/2 cup of cream and season with salt, pepper and tomato paste.
- Finally mix rice and soup and serve.
