Instructions

  1. First put the pasta on. Then put the cream and water in a saucepan. Add the spinach while it comes to the boil. When it is soft or thawed, add the cheese to the pan.
  2. Wait until the cheese has dissolved, then turn the stove on to a low heat. Season everything with salt, pepper and broth. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 3 - 4 slices (depending on size) and add to the sauce. Then heat for another 5 minutes.
  3. If the sauce is too runny, bind with a little sauce binder or, if it is too firm, stretch it with water. The sauce should have a creamy consistency and coat the pasta.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
