Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g cherry tomato (s)
- 125 g mini mozzarella
- 1 bunch basil
- 350 g tortellini with ricotta and spinach fillin

- Peel and press the garlic. Mix with vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Gradually pour in the olive oil and stir.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and add to the dressing with the mozzarella balls. Roughly chop the basil and also add to the bowl.
- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet, rinse with cold water and place in the bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.
