Ingredients
- 1 cup herbal quark or the equivalent amount homemade herbal quark
- 6 vine tomato (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- some stalks basil
- some oregano stalks
- olive oil
- Fruit vinegar
- Honey, more liquid
- salt and pepper

- First cut the tomatoes into thin slices and best slice the onion. Then stir the herb quark well and pour it into the center of a plate. Cover this mountain of quark completely with tomato slices, then cover the tomatoes with the onion slices. Repeat this so that you have two layers of tomato and onion each.
- Drizzle with good olive oil and then with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper from the mill, drizzle with honey and serve garnished with basil and oregano.
