Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and green
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 0.25 stick ¼ leek
  • 200 ml heavy cream (soy), or heavy cream
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Wash the peppers, tomatoes and leeks, cut them into small pieces and place in a baking dish. Mix the soy cream with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a little salt and the herbs (amount as desired, not too much rosemary) and pour over the vegetables. Stir briefly so that all ingredients are moist. Then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs and place in the oven for 6 minutes, then stir briefly and sprinkle with breadcrumbs again and place in the oven for another 6 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted nicely and is starting to turn brown.
